Room Rentals
The City of Creve Coeur provides four
meeting rooms, a Multipurpose Room, and Gymnasium for the community
to utilize. The Multipurpose Room, Gym, and two meeting rooms are
located at the Creve Coeur Government Center, 300 N. New Ballas Rd,
and two rooms located at the Dielmann Recreation Center, 11400 Olde

Rooms 1 and 2 – Creve Coeur Government Center
Each room holds a maximum of 25 people; equipped with 3 table
and 25 chairs. Each room has a counter with cabinets above and
below, also a grease marker board and markers. Groups may bring
light refreshments for an additional charge (coffee, donuts, cookies,
soda, ect.) No meals are to be served in these rooms. |

Meeting
Rooms 1 and 2 – Dielmann Recreation Center
Each room holds a maximum of 25 people; equipped with 5 tables
and 25 chairs. Each room provides a wonderful view of the Creve
Coeur Golf Course. Groups may serve food in either room for an
additional charge. |

The Multipurpose Room holds a maximum
of 150 people.This room is carpeted and has a full kitchen attached
in the back of the room. A podium and microphone are standard in this
room. The City of Creve Coeur will provide either round or rectangular
tables that seat 8 per table and set up of these tables.

All above pricing is based on four-hour rentals. An additional charge
will apply for each hour over four hours. This four-hour rental does
include the event setup and clean up time. The City of Creve Coeur
also requires a security deposit in the amount of $250.00 for all
events. This deposit must be provided to the City in a separate check
at time of application. The full amount of deposit will be returned
to the applicant once the room has been inspected by the city’s
maintenance department.
Alcohol
The City of Creve Coeur will permit the consumption of alcohol in
the Multipurpose Room if the gathering can provide the City with a
caterers current liquor license. Creve Coeur will not allow individuals
without a State of Missouri liquor license to serve alcohol.
