Police Department

The Police Department contributes to the high quality of life of the citizens of Creve Coeur enjoy.The nationally recognized force of 50 commissioned officers and 11 support staff maintains a safe, peaceful community 24 hours a day.

Partnering with local resources, the department offers a comprehensive community and problem oriented policing agenda with such programs as DARE, School Resource Officer (SRO), Neighborhood Watch, Bicycle Patrols, independent Business Watch Groups such as Apartment Watch & Bank Watch, various traffic safety programs and the Crime Prevention Fair.

Police Response time is a quick 4 minutes. The department maintains a crime clearance rate of 76%.
