The Creve Coeur Planning and Zoning Commission will be reviewing a draft master plan for the 39 North plant science and technology innovation district located in the northeast corner of Creve Coeur. The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (SLEDP) has lead the planning effort with participation from the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, and several business entities, including the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and Monsanto. Public workshops were held in 2016 by the consultant, Ayers Saint Gross, to solicit input from community stakeholders.
The SLEDP will present the plan and solicit feedback at a joint work session with the City Council, P&Z and the Creve Coeur Economic Development Committee on Monday, April 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber. A public hearing by the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled for Monday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. also in the Council Chamber.
The draft 39 North master plan is available for review by accessing the following link:

If adopted by P&Z, the 39 North Master Plan would be included as an addendum to the Creve Coeur 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
