Cynthia Kramer has lived in Creve Coeur for 17 years at 806 Renee Lane. Prior to being elected as a Ward I Council Member in April 2013, she served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for three years.
Kramer holds an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising. She is the Founder and Executive Director of SCOPE - Science and Citizens Organized for Purpose and Exploration.
Kramer is a Core Member of the Coalition on the Public Understanding of Science, a Member-at-Large of the Anti-Defamation League, Chair of the Women's Society of Washington University Education, Board Member of the University of Missouri - St. Louis Whitney Harris Conservation Center, Executive Board Member of SySTEMic, and a Member-at-Large of the Hispanic Jewish Bridge.
Kramer has two sons, 21-year-old Mitchell and 16-year-old Samuel.
