Business Crime Watch is a program offered through the Crime Prevention Office of the Creve Coeur Police Department. The concept of Business Crime Watch is based upon the Neighborhood Watch model. Primarily, the program encourages business owners and employees to be alert for suspicious, odd, or out of place behavior. Additionally, the program assists business owners and management in securing their property from crime by assisting them with policy development and assessing the security of their facilities.
To be part of the Business Crime Watch program, we request that you sign up for our e-mail alerts
and teach your employees about suspicious and out-of-place behavior. We can help you train your employees for this role by offering presentations at your facility on topics including crime, emergencies and natural disasters.
Additional training for your staff is available in the following areas:
- Office safety
- Robbery prevention and awareness
- Personal safety
- Emergency preparedness
- Burglary prevention
- Safe driving/drivers awareness
- Traveling safely for business
If you would like training on a different topic not listed above, please contact the Creve Coeur Police Department Crime Prevention Office.
