Final Vote on Enclave Expected Jan. 24

CREVE COEUR – The Creve Coeur City Council is expected to take a final vote on the Enclave of Bellerive Project on Monday, January 24, at 7 p.m.

Submitted by the CF Vatterott Company, the plan to be located at 120 and 206 North Mason Road was considered by the City Council at a meeting on January 6. The City Council accepted a substitute bill for the rezoning and the revised plan, which was introduced and amended for a 55-unit plan.
