Coeur Police Department will be conducting a Sobriety Checkpoint Friday, April
29 on
This checkpoint is designed
to make highways safer and increase public awareness of the hazards of drinking
and driving. By removing intoxicated drivers from the roadways, we can decrease
the potential for motor vehicle accidents.
Normal traffic flow will not
be severely interrupted and delays will be minimal. The patience, cooperation,
and understanding of all motorists will help make the highways safer for all
drivers and passengers.
