City Launches Beautification Awards
Program
CREVE COEUR - Have you noticed the work your neighbors have put into
their yard? What about the shopping center around the corner? To recognize
property owners for maintaining beautiful landscaping and gardens, the city is
launching a new beautification awards program.
Residents are invited
to nominate based upon the following categories: residential, subdivision entrances, small
commercial, large commercial, and institutional.
Nominations are due by
August 15, and should include a digital or print photograph. An online
nomination form is available at www.creve-coeur.org/,
and a paper form will be included in the next Newsletter.
The Recycling,
Environment, and Beautification Committee will judge shortly after Labor Day,
with the winners announced this fall.
