Multipurpose Room Rental

The multipurpose room is available for rent at the Government Center located at 300 N. New Ballas Rd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141.

The Multipurpose Room holds 150. It is carpeted and has a full kitchen. This room is equipped with a podium and microphone and your choice of round or rectangular tables. Call (314) 432-3960 to check availability.

To reserve the multipurpose room, you must fill out and hand deliver the room application to:

Alcohol Consumption

The City of Creve Coeur will permit the consumption of alcohol in the Multipurpose Room if the alcohol is served by a licensed caterer with a valid liquor license. Creve Coeur will not allow individuals without a State of Missouri liquor license to serve alcohol.

Fee Schedule

There is a $250 refundable security deposit required for all Multi-Purpose Room rentals.
All fees are based on a per hour rental. There is a four-hour minimum on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Your rental time does include event set-up and clean up time.
All tables and chairs for the event are provided.
"Resident Rates" include all Creve Coeur residents and all businesses located within the Creve Coeur city limits.
