  • Government Center  The Government Center lobby is currently open for in-person business. Visitors are required to wear cloth face coverings when entering the building. Front counters and high-touch surfaces are being sanitized frequently, and hand sanitizer is available in public spaces. As an alternative, visitors also have the option to utilize the front vestibule to pick up permits, drop off building plans, purchase yard waste bags, and other city business.
  • Parks & Recreation – The Creve Coeur Ice Arena is open. The Creve Coeur Golf Course is open with limited restrictions. City parks, playgrounds and trails are currently open. Community meeting rooms, the multipurpose room, and the gym are currently closed until further notice, unless pre-authorized by the department. All recreation programs, activities and events are canceled until further notice.
  • Police Department – The CCPD remains a 24/7 operation under any and all working conditions (Emergency: 911 / Non-Emergency: 314-737-4600). Vehicle accidents that do not have injuries nor require a tow may instead be handled via telephone. Public access to the police station will also be limited outside of necessary public safety functions, including the suspension of fingerprinting services.
  • Public Meetings – City Council meetings and all board, committee and commission meetings are being held by videoconference or teleconference until further notice. Board, committee and commission meetings are subject to cancellation during this time. Please check the city calendar for the most up-to-date meeting information.
  • City Services – The limb collection program is continuing as scheduled. Building inspectors have adjusted procedures to limit the amount of time spent in a residence and to allow submitted photos instead of on-site inspections for minor work.
  • Municipal Court – The Creve Coeur Municipal Court Division is conducting court hearings via Zoom until further notice. The court office is available for questions, calls and other court operations during regular business hours, however is closed to in-person contact.
